For Parents

I work 1:1 with parents of children who are:

  • Navigating diagnosis uncertainty

  • Wondering if you should seek a diagnosis

  • Struggling with transitions, supporting you through changes to routines

  • Dealing with behavioural challenges at home and the impact that has on the family, including siblings

  • Experiencing challenges at school that leave you feeling helpless or unheard

Together, we clarify what’s happening, what’s needed, and how to manage effectively. You’ll walk away with:

  • A clearer understanding of your child’s needs, how their brains function differently, coming from a place of empathy rather than judgements

  • Tailored strategies that work for your family

  • More confidence with what to say to schools, specialists, or family

  • Tools to manage stress and avoid burnout

  • Support for making difficult decisions with more calm and confidence

  • Building better connection and relationship with your child

What results can you expect?

Every child is unique. My offer isn’t a one-size-fits-all formula - it is support that adapts to your needs. It is strength based and solution focused.

Together, we will:

  • Decode your child’s behaviour as communication, not defiance, through working on your child’s and your own strengths

  • Build trust, empathy, and emotional safety in your relationship

  • Learn strategies that support executive function and emotional regulation

  • Learn how to help your child to solve emotional challenges and thrive

  • Feel calmer, stronger, and better connected to your parenting values

  • Initial meeting & goal-setting (1x 90 minutes)

Held at client’s home if possible,  so that we can understand the current dynamic & make incremental improvements

Explore your family’s strengths, challenges, and parenting goals

Identify key issues including routines, triggers, and executive function struggles

Create a roadmap tailored to your family

  • 6 x bi-weekly online coaching calls (1 hour each, over 3 months for continuity)

    Topics may include:

Understanding how neurodivergence affects your child’s executive function in different settings

Positive, calm strategies to rebuild trust

Emotional regulation for you and your child

Managing screen time, transitions, and schoolwork

Routines and structures that actually work

Confidence-building for both parent and child

Practical ways to reconnect and rebuild your relationship

Realistic self-care and boundaries for parents

  • Email support between sessions (Ad hoc, as needed)

    Reach out between sessions

When life gets tricky, I’m here

Where appropriate, I will share videos and other materials that can support you and your family during a tricky patch
