What June’s clients said

“June was a wonderful coach who helped my husband and me through the challenges of raising our neurodiverse son. She was warm, empathetic, and gave us the time and space to share openly. June asked the right questions, was never judgmental, and truly understood that our family’s journey required different strategies. She helped us understand what our son was going through, the challenges he was facing, and guided us with constructive, practical ways to support him at home, in school, and socially. We still refer back to these strategies regularly. We were deeply grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to any parents seeking guidance.”

“I am so grateful to have found June and her calm, steady approach to parenting. She helped me better understand and navigate the why of my child’s intense and energetic behaviour. Her practical and kind approach was constructive and reassuring, and the strategies she shared were truly helpful. I feel more confident, and definitely more patient, as a parent, and this has changed our family’s home life for the better.”

“June and I had many conversations about raising kids. We discussed in depth on empowering children through both kind and consistent parenting. She helped me decipher the ‘hidden message’ behind my son’s behaviour, and helped me to respond in a positive way that my son needed. She also worked with me on teaching my child important life and social skills with dignity and respect. She helped me to work out strategies to build a loving and positive relationship with my teen, encouraging me to try tips on effective communication with him. June is warm yet calm, patient yet persistent. She is quick and sharp on finding her client’s strengths, and she encourages them to take the strides and explore their potentials. At the end of each session with June, I felt inspired and empowered, and had a concrete plan in mind.”

“June has a great ability to analyse relationship dynamics and recognise barriers in effective communication. Her coaching re-established my confidence to parent effectively to make stronger family connections. Talking with her was very natural and easy. She was warm which automatically helped me feel at ease. She was a great listener and asked simple questions to effectively clarify my perception of the situation and related thoughts. June’s straightforward, exploratory approach created the space I needed to see situations from new perspectives and to arrive at positive solutions.”

“Thank you June for giving me a different perspective! I have to say I never really considered these when panicking about the whole technology issues! You helped me realise the qualities my children already possessed and how I needed to build on those when thinking of my concerns. You also helped me to understand that I was not relating the message that I want my children to learn when on the one hand, I am giving them an expensive devise whilst on the other, threatening to take the devise away. We now use technology more consciously and with purpose. We have also involved the children and drawn up a technology contract, giving them the space to feel heard and respected about their views.”

“I reached out to June as a worried parent, deeply concerned about managing screen time and the detrimental effects. June was quickly able to pick out and summarise my key concerns and identify themes that I wasn’t even consciously aware of at the start of the session! Through her positive coaching style, June helped me to reflect upon those themes and uncover potential paths of action. Since taking the sessions I have found that I am definitely a more “conscious” parent and I’m taking more time to understand what my children are trying to tell me and how I can effectively respond.”

“I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with June for over a decade at iGROW Pte Ltd, and in that time, I’ve seen her consistently demonstrate her strengths as a coach and facilitator. June is structured in her approach, and this organization helps her build strong, meaningful connections with clients. What I particularly admire is how she shares her experiences as a mother, discussing the challenges of parenting with sincerity. This adds an extra layer of connection in her workshops, helping others see that she truly understands the complexities of life beyond just the professional sphere and how these are related to mental health. June’s experience living and working across the UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong has given her a deep understanding of cultural diversity. She is adept at navigating the challenges that come with working in different environments, making her an invaluable asset to our team. Her ability to empathize with and adapt to diverse cultures enhances her coaching and facilitation, making her someone I deeply respect both as a colleague and a friend.”
